You don’t need red light therapy, you need God.
Stop spending hundreds trying to fix externally what can only truly be healed internally. Red light therapy, supplements, expensive routines, endless self-optimization are all great but some things begin internally; especially the most progressive transformations.
The truth is, there are certain things no wellness trend can give you. Peace. Purpose. Rest for your soul. A relationship with God changes a person differently because it reaches parts of you no treatment ever could. The woman who is connected to God carries a different kind of glow. Not just physically, but spiritually. Her nervous system softens. Her mind quiets. Her identity stops depending on constant external maintenance because she finally understands who she is beyond appearance. Taking care of yourself is beautiful, but nothing compares to the restoration that comes from being close to God. Some people don’t need another trend. They need Him. Because when you take care of your soul, your entire presence carries weight. And I promise you, from their mannerisms to their glow, when a person has good intentions, it shows.
When you form a bond with Him, you go through transformations that are sacred between you and the one who created you and there’s nothing more sacred than that. There is so much beauty in being misunderstood by the world but contentment in knowing He knows you best.
Wellness has become so trendy that there’s no intention behind it anymore; there’s a saturation of posts but no intent. And intent is where everything changes. Finding your faith; there’s one thing believing in God and there’s another doing everything with intention that your life becomes the very manifestation of what you once wanted. Everything you’re experiencing now is a manifestation of previous thought now that should make you stop and reanalyze your intentions for a moment.
To the world, you’ve disappeared, you’re ‘cold’ but internally, everything you do is with the version of you He has in mind. You’re so in tune with your purpose that you turn to Him first and you trust that no external treatment can heal you better than time with Him.
